From Entrance to Table: Designing a Restaurant Floral Program

The guest experience does not begin at the table.

It begins at arrival.

That is why we think about restaurant flowers as a journey through the environment rather than a collection of unrelated arrangements.

The Entrance

An entrance arrangement can establish the first botanical gesture.

Depending on the restaurant, this might be expressive and sculptural or deliberately restrained.

Flowers here should welcome without obstructing the functional needs of the staff.

A small but considered arrangement can create an immediate sense of hospitality.

Bars often offer an opportunity for greater scale.

Flowers can interact with lighting, bottles, stone, metal, and other materials to create a visually memorable moment.
