How a Weekly Floral Subscription Works
One of the questions we often encounter is simple:
How does a weekly floral subscription actually work?
For Lavish Leaf, the answer begins with the space.
Our recurring floral programs are designed to provide businesses with fresh, professionally designed flowers on a consistent schedule without requiring their teams to manage the details.
But the experience extends far beyond flower delivery.
Step One: Understanding the Space
Every subscription begins by understanding where the flowers will live.
We consider the architecture, interior palette, scale, lighting, brand identity, and practical requirements of the environment.
A large hotel lobby may require significant height and architectural movement, while a reception desk may need a lower composition with a smaller footprint.
This allows us to establish the appropriate scale and floral direction from the beginning.
Step Two: Establishing the Floral Program
We determine the locations that will receive flowers and the frequency of service.
Depending on the client, this may include weekly, biweekly, or monthly floral arrangements.
A program may consist of one signature lobby piece or several coordinated arrangements throughout a property.
Each floral program is customized rather than built around a standard arrangement menu.
Step Three: Seasonal Flower Selection
We select flowers and botanical materials based on season, quality, longevity, and design direction.
This means clients do not need to select individual flower varieties every week.
Creative direction remains with our studio, allowing us to respond to what is most beautiful and appropriate at that moment.
The result is a floral program that remains cohesive without becoming repetitive.
Step Four: Design and Delivery
Flowers are conditioned and arranged in our studio before delivery.
Each composition is created with the specific location in mind, from its overall dimensions to how it will be viewed within the room.
On the scheduled service day, the new arrangement is delivered and placed within the space according to the established program.
The process is intentionally simple for the client.
Step Five: The Experience Continues
The following week, the environment changes again.
New flowers.
New botanical materials.
A subtle shift in palette or movement.
Yet the overall floral identity remains connected to the space.
That is the beauty of recurring flowers.
They allow an environment to continually evolve.
Lavish Leaf offers customized weekly, biweekly, and monthly floral subscriptions for corporate offices, hospitality spaces, restaurants, hotels, luxury residential communities, and client-facing businesses throughout Raleigh-Durham and the Triangle.
