Celebrating Strength and Connection at the She Tris Triathlon
This past weekend, we had the honor of sponsoring and participating as a vendor at the She Tris Triathlon—an event that was nothing short of inspiring. From the moment the first athlete arrived, there was an electric energy in the air: a mix of determination, community, and pure joy.
As a floral design studio, we’re used to creating beauty through flowers, but this event reminded us that beauty also lives in resilience, courage, and human connection.
A Celebration of Every Age and Stage
One of the most moving parts of the day was seeing the range of participants. The youngest competitor was just 11 years old, full of excitement and ready to take on the challenge, while the oldest participant was 80 years young, proving that strength, grit, and passion have no age limit. To witness these women side by side was to see the true spirit of the event—empowerment that transcends generations.
Community and Connection
Our flower booth quickly became more than just a stop for beautiful blooms. It turned into a space of celebration and connection. Families picked out bouquets to cheer on their athletes, friends surprised each other with flowers after finishing, and strangers struck up conversations about endurance, life, and the joy of shared milestones. Each arrangement became part of a bigger story—a way to mark the moment with something lasting and meaningful.
Why We Chose to Be Part of This Event
At our studio, we believe in the art of storytelling through flowers. This triathlon was the perfect opportunity to align with a community that values perseverance, passion, and self-expression. Just like a floral design, each athlete’s journey was unique, but together, they created something powerful and unforgettable.
The Lasting Impact
Walking away from the event, we weren’t just inspired by the athletes—we were reminded of the importance of showing up, supporting one another, and celebrating every victory, big or small. Whether it was crossing the finish line, cheering from the sidelines, or gifting a flower to say “you did it,” the She TrisTriathlon was a reminder that joy multiplies when shared.
We’re so grateful to have been part of this incredible event, and we can’t wait to bring flowers—and a little extra beauty—to more moments like these.
